One Flown from Creek Road Crash

18 November – At approximately 9:30 p.m., Engine 25 and Rescue 45 (Carlisle Fire & Rescue) were dispatched for a vehicle accident with confinement in the 1200 block of Creek Road, Monroe Township.

Units arrived to find a single vehicle impacted a tree with the front of the vehicle in the Yellow Breeches Creek. Only one occupant was in the vehicle.  Crews stabilized the vehicle and removed the roof and passenger door.

The patient was extricated and flown by STAT MedEvac to Hershey for treatment.  EMS crews from Dillsburg (York County Company #64) and Yellow Breeches (Company 91) assisted at the scene.
