August 13 – E25 and R45 were dispatched to a reported auto accident with entrapment in the 25-01 box near the intersection of Creek RD and York RD (Route 74).  Crews found a sedan and a box truck struck head on and the female occupant of the sedan was trapped in the vehicle.  E25’s holmatro system was used to remove three doors in order to gain access to and extricate the patient.  R45 established a landing zone for Life Lion in a nearby field.  Yellow Breeches EMS transported the patient to the LZ.  The driver of the box truck was not injured.  Crews remained on the scene to assist with debris removal until cleared by the PA State Police – who is investigating.  Photos to come soon.
