David Donald “Pappy” Heckert, 71 of Mechanicsburg passed away Thursday, July 14, 2011 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Piney Mountain Strike Team Deployed to Franklin Co

July 12 – Forest fire crews from Companies 25, 36, 41, 47, 49, and 50 were dispatched as part of the Piney Mountain Strike Team to a mountain fire in Quincy Township, Franklin County at 16:59 hours.  Co 25 crews returned at 22:21.
