Engine 25 On Display at ’10 Fire EXPO

Monroe Fire Company’s new Pierce Ultimate Configuration Engine will be on display at the 2010 Lancaster County Firemen’s Assn Fire EXPO at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg. If you have not had a chance to see and tour the next engine, please be sure to visit Glick Fire Equipment’s exhibit.

Crash on Williams Grove RD

    May 16th – Engine 25 and Rescue 27 were dispatched to a reported motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Williams Grove RD and Millers RD (Box 25-09) at 16:43 hours.  Two patients were transported from the scene.  Chief 125 (Farrell) had command.  Pennsylvania State Police are investigating.

Three MFC Firefighters Achieve Firefighter II Certification

May 2 – Congratulations go out to Deputy Chief Mark Farrell, Assistant Chief Clint Murphy, and Captain Devin Flickinger for achieving Firefighter II certification after passing their FFII examinations today.  The certification meets criteria established under level two of the NFPA 1001 criteria – a national standard for professional firefighter qualifications.
